Hi Don! I found your blog via Tom Glover's Hamilton Scrapbook site. I grew up in Yardville Heights at the end of Soden Drive in a house my parents built in the 1970s, when that street was known as Knott's Hill (named after my grandparents). Across the street from us my grandparents lived from the 1930's until 1977, an old gray bungalow, last house on the left at the bottom of the street. According to your map it may have been the old Lousell property. Grandmom always told us that the house used to be a speakeasy during Prohibition - does this ring a bell with you?
